Slimline Small Smoking Shelter

To help prevent second-hand smoke from adversely affecting non-smokers, not to mention abide by U.K. legislation, it's wise to provide a smoking shelter in public areas. They're useful for businesses, public buildings and facilities, parks, pubs, restaurants and other open areas. They're especially beneficial to have installed near workplaces, where employees often take smoke breaks and need a designated area.

What is the purpose of the Small Smoking Shelter?

The smoking shelter has a specific curved design to protect people, smoker or non-smoker, from the back and above no matter what the weather is. Aside from its purpose as a smoking shelter, it can also be used as a spectator viewing area, a parent or staff waiting area, or a designated break time area. When positioned correctly, it provides a substantial shelter for rain on wet days and the sun during hot days through its UV-resistant coating on the panels.

Smoking Shelter widely adaptable to suit any outdoor space. It can be designated as a smoking area or for other similar purposes. The variety of available widths to choose from makes it easy to accommodate and will fit premises whether big or small. It is suitable for well-ventilated or open areas. It can be used on areas with concrete, paving slab, block brick slab, or tarmac grounds.

Its high quality back panels are made of polycarbonate acrylic for that sleek contemporary look, as well as providing effortless maintenance. The panels are resistant to moisture, chipping, and cracking. It has a UV resistant coating so it is more durable, long-lasting, and an effective protection for everyone.

This is our slimline smoking shelter product 1000 mm deep so will easily fit into smaller areas or onto existing paved areas without blocking off access.

Supplied as a flat pack product for self-assembly. Self-assembly is very straight forward and should take 2 operatives approx. 2-3 hours maximum. The base plates are 6 mm galvanised steel plate with four anchor holes in each plate. The back and sides have 50% panelling and the roof is fully enclosed for weather resistance. It also features small vents to the top of the side panels. The product meets with smoking shelter regulations being 50% or less enclosed.
