The TD1 is a high-sensitivity, fixed-position walk through metal detector designed for maximum reliability and performance.  It is RISK’s most advanced knife arch and their flagship new model. Featuring 33 independent detection zones with targeted detection technology, the TD1 pinpoints the location of metallic threats on the body with visual indicators and a rear-mounted 7” LCD touchscreen. With 255 adjustable sensitivity levels and 100 selectable frequency bands, it’s fully adaptable to even the most demanding security environments.

Built for stability and long-term use, the TD1 is IP54 rated, floor-mountable, and constructed using lightweight but durable materials. It includes a smart self-diagnosis system for easier maintenance and and comes with a 2-year warranty.

With 33 individually controlled zones, the TD1 Walk-Through Metal Detector offers granular sensitivity control across the detection field. Each zone operates independently and contributes to the visual feedback system. This design ensures efficient secondary searches, minimising delays and improving throughput in busy settings.

Unlike portable units, the TD1 Targeted Detection knife arch is designed for permanent installation and bolts directly to the floor, offering superior stability.
